Hangzhou HLK Advaned Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1975, originally as Longgang Agricultural Machinery Factory, which provided services for agricultural machinery. In 1986, it was renamed Longgang Metal Casting Factory and began producing industrial products. In 1990, it was renamed Lin’an Hualong Friction Materials Co., Ltd., specializing in the R&D and production of friction materials. In 2021, it was renamed Hangzhou HLK Advaned Material Technology Co., Ltd., marking a new step toward the R&D and production of advanced new materials.
The company is located in the Longgang Industrial Park in Lin’an, Hangzhou, boasting convenient transportation and beautiful scenery. It currently has total assets exceeding 50 million yuan, covers an area of 43,350 square meters, with a factory building area of over 30,000 square meters. The company employs more than 200 people, including over 60 engineering and technical personnel, and has established large-scale production capabilities. HLK is a member of the China Friction Sealing Materials Association. The company obtained IATF16949 quality system certification in 2007 and ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification in 2010. In 2006, it established a joint R&D center for friction materials in collaboration with the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2009, it was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and has participated in the formulation of several national industry standards.
The company primarily manufactures three major product lines: motor vehicle series, agricultural and forestry machinery series, and industrial machinery series. Its key products include motorcycle parts, clutch friction plates and brake pads for automobiles, clutches for gardening machinery, friction plates for lifting equipment, brake pads for electric elevators, brake pads for wind power generation, and more. The company is equipped with advanced production and testing facilities, boasts strong capabilities in mold design and manufacturing, and delivers products that are stable, reliable, safe, environmentally friendly, characterized by low wear and low noise—earning it a high reputation within the industry. Our products are exported to Europe and the U.S., Japan, South Korea, the Middle East, and South America, and we also supply components to domestic OEM manufacturers, earning widespread acclaim and trust from our customers.
